Sweet and wild! St. Jean's Candied Pink Smoked Salmon is the highlight of every appetizer platter or dinner party. Wild pink  salmon is sliced into thin strips, cured in St. Jean's special brine, glazed with local Fireweed honey, and finally hot-smoked to perfection in our Nanaimo smokehouse. Wow!

This candied salmon is also sealed in a foil retort pouch, so the salmon doesn't require refrigeration until it's opened. Very convenient and great for travelling! Enjoy!
