A bit of history: Niko’s Gourmet Marinade was originally blended exclusively for Niko’s Fusion Bar and Grill in Campbell River, B.C. Soon after it was introduced, customers started asking how they could take the marinade home! So, St. Jean’s stepped up to produce and bottle the popular sauce in Nanaimo. We are now happy to include a series of sweet BBQ and dipping sauces under the Niko's name!
