St. Jean's Pacific Oyster Soup: one the reasons we live on the coast is to have food like this!
Our oyster soup is made using an original St. Jean recipe which includes copious amounts of Vancouver Island oysters, vegetables, bacon, and just the right spices. Simply add light cream or milk, heat, and enjoy!
Ingredients: potatoes, oyster nectar, water, wild pacific oysters, onions, carrots, celery, bacon, butter, corn starch, tomato paste, salt, parsely, vinegar, sugar, spices.
