As a Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) registered processing plant, St Jean’s Cannery and Smokehouse is able to meet your jar needs for both domestic sales and export.  We cover all aspects of production from sourcing materials to labeling and packaging, warehousing and cold storage.  Our flexible plant structure means we accommodate everything from small custom orders, to large scale mass production. We have processed products for companies ranging from small family businesses to large multi nationals.
