From The Lodge to Us Your catch is cleaned and boxed at the fishing lodge, then shipped to one of six St. Jean's Depots for pickup and delivery to our custom cannery. Each order is tagged for ownership and type of processing: canned, smoked & canned, smoked & vacuum packed frozen, lox, BBQ, or Indian Candy style. Each sports fish, accompanied by its ownership tag, is hand-cut and hand packed. We treat your catch as if we caught it ourselves. The fish you caught is the fish you get!
