If your order includes frozen product, a representative of St. Jean’s Cannery will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange delivery details. If you do not wish to send us your credit card information via the internet, include your phone number to be contacted for billing information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and pre-authorized checks denominated in Canadian Dollars as payment for orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do NOT include the cost of shipping.

Pricing is in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Funds received in currencies other than Canadian Dollars may be exchanged to Canadian funds. The rate of exchange would be at the daily bank rate less 3% on the day of deposit. If you feel secure in sending credit card information over the Internet, please include all the details, including expiry date with your order. Otherwise, on receipt of your order, we will contact you for your card details.

All goods are insured by the carrier against damage occurring while in transit. If you receive damaged goods, contact St. Jean's within 7 days so we can notify and claim to the carrier. Claims after 7 days may not be honoured.
