Description
St. Jean’s Candied Peppercorn Honey Glazed Wild Salmon Strips are a true delicacy. We start by cutting wild pink salmon into thin strips, cure them in our special brine which includes a mix of peppcorns, glaze with western Canadian honey, and finally smoke to a delightful perfection. Sweet, smoky, and spicy–intense!
NOTE: This is a frozen product and ships separately from ‘Dry Products’. Shipping charges include frozen gel packs, packaging and styro cooler. Once ordered, you will be contacted by a St.Jean’s Cannery representative to arrange a shipping date.
